We’re pleased to announce an update to our UK1 infrastructure.

UK1 has now been officially split into two separate categories to improve performance, organisation, and service quality:

• UK1a – Now running on high-speed NVMe SSD storage. This tier is dedicated to Premium users, VIP clients, and key partners who require higher performance and reliability.

• UK1b – Now running on HDD storage. This tier is designed for partners with more standard performance requirements.

Please note that both UK1a and UK1b are powered by the same high-performance hardware, including our top-tier Ryzen 9 CPU. This ensures strong and consistent processing power across both tiers, with the primary difference being the storage type.

This separation allows us to better allocate resources and ensure each group receives a level of service tailored to their needs.
